Mold in your attic can threaten the integrity of your roof sheathing, rafters, and most importantly, your health. Mold becomes airborne and can travel through your home spreading to separate areas of the house causing many problems. The EPA suggests any area larger than 3'x3' should be treated by mold remediation professionals, but first the cause of the mold and moisture needs to be found and addressed.

Before starting the remediation process, we will help determine the source of, and a solution to the problem. Once the decision is made to remediate, our team will don Tyvec suits and respirators made for blocking mold. An on-contact mold killer is sprayed on all mold and then removed. After all mold is killed and removed, a mold and mildew resistant paint is then applied to all cleaned surfaces. This paint covers old mold stains and helps prevent any new growth.
